Pacific Northwest Conference of the United Church of Christ (PNCUCC)

Washington Association of Churches (WAC)

This organization represents various Christian denominations and works to promote unity, justice, and advocacy in the state. They may engage in discussions and initiatives related to diversity, including within ministry contexts.

Seattle University School of Theology and Ministry

This institution offers graduate programs in theology and ministry, and it may have resources or research centers focused on diversity, including within the context of ministry.

Faith Action Network (FAN)

FAN is a statewide interfaith organization in Washington that advocates for social justice, including issues related to racial equity and inclusion within religious contexts. They may engage in discussions and initiatives related to diversity in ministry.

National Organizations


The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference

NHCLC is an organization that represents millions of Hispanic Evangelicals in the United States. They advocate for social justice, and religious freedom, and provide resources and support for Hispanic Christian leaders and congregations.

The African Methodist Episcopal Church

The AME Church is a predominantly African American denomination with a long history of promoting civil rights, social justice, and racial equality. They have a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusivity within ministry and society.

The National Association of Church Business Administration

NACBA is an organization that provides resources, training, and support for church administrators and leaders. While their primary focus is on church administration, they may also offer help and guidance on promoting diversity within ministry settings.

The Alliance of Baptists

The Alliance of Baptists is a progressive Baptist denomination that promotes inclusivity, social justice, and diversity within its congregations. They emphasize welcoming and affirming all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation.

International Organizations


World Council of Churches (WCC)

The WCC is a worldwide fellowship of Christian churches that promotes unity, ecumenical dialogue, and social justice. They address issues of diversity, inclusivity, and intercultural ministry on a global scale.

Global Network of Rainbow Catholics

GNRC is an international organization that advocates for the inclusion and dignity of LGBTQ+ people within the Catholic Church. They work to promote dialogue, understanding, and diversity within the Catholic faith.

World Evangelical Alliance (WEA)

The WEA is a global network of evangelical Christian churches and organizations. While not solely focused on diversity, they engage in discussions and initiatives related to multiculturalism, intercultural ministry, and global diversity within the evangelical community.

Council for World Mission (CWM)

CWM is an international organization that brings together churches from around the world. They work towards justice, unity, and reconciliation, addressing issues of diversity, post-colonialism, and intercultural ministry.

World Student Christian Federation (WSCF)

The WSCF is a global fellowship of Christian students and young adults. They promote intercultural understanding, diversity, and social justice through their programs, events, and advocacy efforts.

International Association for Mission Studies

IAMS is a global network of scholars and practitioners engaged in the study and practice of Christian mission. While not specifically focused on diversity, they explore diverse perspectives on mission, cross-cultural ministry, and interreligious dialogue.
