Resource Access Problems?
Sometimes your laptop will attempt to use on campus methods of access even when you're off campus. You may need to clear your browser's cache.
For Chrome: Click on the three dots in the top right corner, open 'More Tools,' then 'Clear Browsing Data.' A pop-up window will appear. Make sure 'Cached Images and Files' is selected then 'Clear data'
For Safari: Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu, then close the Preferences window. Select the Develop drop-down menu then click Empty Cache.
